Before your first class
What to expect
- Call first. A quick call tells us your age or your child's age, and puts you in the right class on the right night.
- Arrive ten minutes early. Enough time to meet Master Irvin and get on the floor without rushing.
- Wear loose clothing. A t-shirt and athletic pants. You do not need a uniform for a free class.
- Train barefoot. Bring nothing else. Everything you need is here.
- Parents are welcome to stay. Most do, and there is seating along the side of the floor.
Holiday and closure notices. Schedules change around holidays and testing weeks. Call 318-752-9599 to confirm before a first visit.

Booking is a phone call — there is no online form, and nothing to sign before you visit. Tell us your child's age, or your own goal, and we will put you in the right class this week.
