What happens on the call
Three questions, then a class time
- Who is training? A child, a teenager, an adult, or the whole family.
- How old? That decides whether it is the beginner kids' class, intermediate, or the teen and adult class.
- Which night works? We will put you on the floor this week if there is space.
Wear a t-shirt and loose pants, arrive about ten minutes early, and train barefoot. There is nothing to buy and nothing to sign for a free class.

Come watch a class. Then step on the floor.
Booking is a phone call — there is no online form, and nothing to sign before you visit. Tell us your child's age, or your own goal, and we will put you in the right class this week.
